Family members can revise paragraphs and leave comments. Changes made in a downloaded Word file do not automatically return to the online manuscript; choose one master copy.
PDF is for stable reading
A PDF keeps pages and images more consistent across devices. It should not be the only draft while major edits are ongoing.
Check before printing
Confirm title, contents, photograph quality and permissions, page numbers and sensitive details.
Keep edition records
Mark each edition with a date and language. Chinese and English editions need separate reviews of names and pagination.
